I created Incident Management eLearning at the request of a Information Technology Department for a Fortune 500 company.  The goal of this project was to provide the company’s global technical support staff with service desk training which previously did not exist. This training program was distributed to service desk employees locally and world wide.  To create the project I used various tools and techniques from image manipulation to layer logical programming. Programs used to create the final product include the Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline.
